Biggest problems; funding, academisation, selection. All of the other problems develop because of these things. So I’d like much more clarity from LP on accountability ie; who too? Schools buying in services from MAT…this need to be regulated and salaries standardised for MAT hierarchy. Also, all schools have to recognise trade unions. Ideally, I’d like to see an end to academisation but I’m told this will be difficult b/c buildings have been sold off but as far as operating a school and services… This should be ideally LEA or dfe I’d have thought.
